The real FISA slap in face to America.

It is We The People who were the real victims in 9/11. We are being punished with a loss of liberty and freedom. The government has a greater ability than ever before to spy on us. But what good is all this intelligence when you have a President that will not act upon it? No matter how you badger, beg, and even plead with him. A President that will not act upon the intelligence gathered. Congress has not even entertained the idea of passing laws that would require the President to follow up on or act upon the intelligence they are going to gather. Nor have they passed any laws that hold the President accountable for his negligence. There was absolutely nothing We The People could have done to prevent 9/11. There was a lot Bush could have done to prevent it but did not. So the real question we need to be asking Politicians. What good does it do to have wiretap tapes of terrorists saying they will hijack planes and crash them into buildings if the President doesn't have to act upon this intelligence? If there are no consequence for not acting upon it?
