1. The Senate had their meeting this morning which will probably be replayed on C-Span

later. The House committee is out for votes right now but will be returning. Here is the link to view it online.

4. I watched it on C-span3 on my computer.

There were 4 of the fired atty's testifying today. Two of them werevery adamant that they had done NOTHING WRONG and they believed they were fired for pure political purposes. The other two wouldn't say any more than I haven't been told why I was asked to resign, and I will NOT speculate.

Inglasius(sp) was theangriest and also the one who said how intimidated he was when he got a call from Dominici and Wilson...one of those calls were made to his home!

The Dems all did a great job of questioning, and of course the Pubs all tried to make excuses for the Justice Dept.

It should be rerun on cspan tonight sometime. Try to catch it if you can.

6. The hearing is back on. The fired attorneys are now testifying.

The Repugs are using the old - "serving at the pleasure of the president" shtick and avoiding all inference that their firings were political. They aren't doing a good job of it but man are they trying.
