Aggrandizement of the Executive branch,
eavesdropping laws, border fences, all the restrictions on citizens' lawful activities--I often think we're never, ever gonna be able to clean out the shithouse Bush is leaving us, Obama or no Obama.

1. If we had a Judicial branch that wasn't taking orders fro the GOP...
...they would find what the Legislative is doing to protect the Executive unConstitutional.

And hold the GOP accountable for interfering in government matters.

2. The USSC is about to wake up
Remember how fast they got rid of line item veto when a Democrat got it?

The same thing is going to happen to Obama. The USSC will suddenly start hearing all sorts of bogus cases brought by stink tank lawyers in order to make sure the Democrats won't be able to do to the GOP what the GOP has done to them.

3. Here's hoping Obama wins in November...
...and at least two justices retire, who he'll get to replace and put a quick end to that.
