He's been talking about it on his program today.

He referenced the Nixon years. How until there was the smoking gun Nixon held on. But as soon as they had the smoking gun, Nixon resigned.

So, for the heck of it and having lived through the Nixon years, I'll vote yes. Nothing like optimism! :D

2. Yeah. I've been listening to him too. His John Dean reference was convincing.

Not going to happen though.

He still thinks Hillary is a good choice for VP, so DUers will continue to throw him under the bus.

3. His backing of Hillary is disappointing

But I'm voting Dem no matter who is VP on the ticket. I guess he figures then we can move more seamlessly to the GE with her on the ticket.

I don't pay attention to people gnashing their teeth at him here in DU. As I ignore negativity towards Keith Olbermann. The dust will settle soon!
