6. John Lewis is a great man who remembers.
You can feel the urgency with him to not let people forget.

23. I must agree with you
Guess that blows the stupid MSM meme that Obama isn't black enough. What a pile of horseshit that story was!

Hell, EVERYBODY loves this guy, regardless of race, color, creed, sex, etc. :D

12. Does anyone know about the crossing of the bridge reenactment?
I mean, Obama's talk ended before Hillary's started. Do people just cross after their festivities or is there a set time everyone marches?

It just occurred to me that a classy move by either or both would be for Barack to seek out Hillary and cross together in a sign of unity and respect for the original event rather than it a day of dueling stump speeches.

14. Both spoke at the same time
Hillary's is a delayed broadcast so I guess they're all marching together.
That's a great idea.

17. Ok, thanks. I didn't know she was on delay
I wish I would have thought about it a few days ago so I could call his office with the suggestion.

Could you imagine the photo op? Hillary and Barack in the middle of the bridge, hold hands up high.... It could only be a win-win for both...

22. You called it right
CNN said Bill and Hilary walked arm in arm and Obama was also in the front group. They all shook hands and had nice tings to say about each other.
Wish they'd show us this live. Damn - soem new Anna is more important.

16. I am sure C-Span will have it archived
I am also sure Obama's site will have it. Not sure how soon though. It brought tears to my eyes a couple of times but didn't think it was he best, but then he had some tough acts to follow.

(He opened by thanking the various previous speakers but excluded the Rev. Lowery, saying he's not sure he wants to thank him because he stole the show. It's tough to follow a man Marting Luther King said was the best preacher he ever heard. All tongue in cheek, of course.)
