LANCASTER - A hotel and store in Lancaster County are assessing damage after a naked man allegedly did thousands of dollars worth of damage to two businesses.

West Lampeter Township police said they went Friday to the Willow Valley Resort, and later Darrenkamp's Market, after police got reports of a naked man on a rampage.

Office space at the resort was trashed and a forklift had been driven into an interior wall, also damaging an overhead sewer pipe, authorities said.

Police said the man, identified as Nicholas Hadzick, 28, of Freeland, then crossed the street and entered Darrenkamp's in the Willow Valley Shopping Center.

Joe Darrenkamp, company president, said Hadzick threw chairs, and knocked to the floor a 300-pound pizza oven and three scales valued at about $7,000 each. Also damaged was a $90,000 meat-wrapping machine, several soda coolers, and a delivery truck windshield.
