Not Voting in 08? Join The Movement!
I'm not quite sure what to think of this- I just saw a flyer at Starbucks advertising this, and it kinda jumped at me and smacked me across the face. I think I'm just a LITTLE pissed off about it- if it ain't serious then it's doing a hell of a lot of unintentional damage in Dallas.

It sure LOOKS like it's for real.

Anybody know anything about these morans?

4. It doesn't make sense anywhere
unless someone has a desire to have shitty schools, no college money, a stacked supreme court, endless (not to mention useless) war, deficits, a bad economy, the privatization of everything, a decaying infrastructure, poor health care, and poor international relations.

10. I lived in Nashville for 25 years.
I always believed that Nashvilleans were smarter than Texans. Don't you MAKE me reconsider my belief...

(Just kidding, of course...) :toast:

11. For making the rules? Or having the candidates agree to them?
It seems this is like blaming a cop for a speeding ticket.

I am sure the DNC is open for a do-over.

12. Before all of those things...
...I believe in the right to vote. It is fundamental. If the DNC persists in its intention to disenfranchise me, they will lose my vote in 2008.

So, if you have a desire to have shitty schools, no college money, a stacked supreme court, endless (not to mention useless) war, deficits, a bad economy, the privatization of everything, a decaying infrastructure, poor health care, and poor international relations, then support the DNC in disenfranchising the voters of FL.

3. Looks like a great way to get word of mouth and free advertising.

If so, mission accomplished.

5. It's just a flyer for a band
one that apparently no one has ever heard of. I wouldn't worry to much about it. To a certain crowd cynicism sells, always has - generally these are people who are too dumb and/or lazy to bother voting. Who cares what they think anyway?

The band is just using the election buzz to try to sell tickets. Not worth worrying about imo.
