Los Angeles Air America Drops Schultz
and Colmes. Brings in Malloy, Phil Hendrie (?!), and Richard Green.

Well, that's reasonably good news. But Phil Hendie? He's funny for about 5 minutes...

5. No, he's still with Nova M.

KTLK is not just affiliated with Air America. They have Bill Press and Stephanie Miller from Jones Radio, Thom, Randi, and Rachel from Air America, Mike Malloy from Nova M, and Phil Hendrie from Talk Radio Network.

I guess the reason for Hendie is that his TRN wanted his show to be cleared in L.A, so they likely paid KTLK to air his show.

7. Okay, I read it wrong
That is good news.

I'm hearing rumors that KGIL 1260 may pick up Schultz.

8. His syndicator said that they have gotten an offer from another LA station

The most likely one would indeed be KGIL. Certainly not KFI, and definitely not wingnut KABC.

The sad thing about Schultz being off KTLK is the loss of the free podcast of his show.

9. The good news would be 540 San Diego simucast KGIL
So us in San Diego could get a "liberal" patchwork with Ed on 540 AM and flipping the dial to 1700 for Stacy Taylor.
