A friend of a friend was working in the house when he was elected. The word was that Scarborough was the biggest idiot in the house. He was ignorant on most legislation or procedures. He didn't care to learn it either. MSNBC needed a pet Repug that was not as offensive as the talk radio folks and they picked him. However, his low IQ is pretty apparent.
