8. That's what I was afraid of -- I'm waiting with bated breath. I THINK that if
it kills it that's when Dodd's amendment comes into play, and if THAT doesn't work, then Lehey's.

4. What I've been able to glean is that we WANT the Judiciary Committee bill -
it has no retroactive immunity.

The current one in place is from the Intelligence Committee -- that has the immunity.

They are voting to 'table' the Judiciary Committee's bill -- I don't know what that means.
