It means little to try and prop up the US Stock Market if the other world markets are in steep declines.

WE are not going to reestablish 'confidence' in other world markets by these rate cuts. They KNOW the truth about our 'house of cards' and this action will not stave off a remarkable decline in US markets across the board. At best it might 'slow' the downward spiral by days or weeks.

And you know that certain ME and Asian countries are salivating at the opportunity to buy us up for so cheap.

Even the Europeans (Germany, Britain) are taking over U.S. companies. How ironic that America is now viewed by Europeans as "cheap labor."
