True or false?
"Black turnout made Bill Clinton president."

Something a friend of mine insists. I'm not sure, but it would explain a lot of the rancor between these candidates! Please discuss.

2. Of course the black people who do vote will vote for the D.,
the question is whether it was their turnout that put Bill over the top.

sad but telling to say, I was 18 in 1992 and I didn't vote until 2000.

7. Perot moved the election to Clinton --- I don't think the GOP
could handle the complications of a steal with Perot in it --- ???

But they did try to argue that with Clinton having only 39% that he was "invalid."
