More evidence that republicon propagandist Bill O. lies about our veterans

republicon propagandist -- and Chickenhawk -- Bill O'Reilly lied on his TV show the other night, slamming John Edwards for stating truthfully that there are thousands of our US Veterans who are homeless.

Highly paid propagandist O'Reilly, who like the other republicon so-called 'leaders' dodged the draft with phony excuses, lied to the American public once again, and claimed that there are no homeless vets.

But there are homeless veterans. Lots of them.

Our veterans are living on the street because our republicon-controlled government would rather hand our tax money over to its own Private Armies, while treating our sons and daughters in uniform as if they were dirt.


HOMELESS ON THE HOMEFRONT

This is not a new story in America: a young veteran back from war whose struggle to rejoin society has failed, at least for the moment, fighting demons and left homeless.

But it is happening to a new generation. As the war in Afghanistan plods on in its seventh year, and the war in Iraq in its fifth, a new cadre of homeless veterans is taking shape.
