Forcing out the ones THEY don't want...screw the American people! What crap, I'm surprised the M$M doesn't run Britney Spears or The Duff twins! What a fucking circus.

Rant off.

There is more coverage on those Brit like nonstories than what is really screwing Americans and others over the world.

It is a circus.
Bread and circuses. 'cept bread is losing.

4. whats not to love
when msnbc pulls the plug on democratic process.:sarcasm: If the media has no sense of democratic process during elections; my guess it would have to come from the candidates themselves; unless they're too busy pandering to each other to care. Just one time I would like to see one of three remaining candidates take a stand against media moguls who think they can control who debates and who doesn't. If they would have locked out Clinton or Obama all hell would break loose. Nothing has changed. Different faces-same politicians. The media is a lost cause. :wtf:

23. It seems like Election Reform is going to have to include
Media Reform.

And the notion that because a Presidential candidate's name has a D after it - does that mean the candidate is going to encourage democracy or just waltz along merrily waiting for the rd carpet to be unfolded by the corporate sponsors?

14. Well, you know... conventionally cute I mean.
A lot of women dig Woody Allen too, but he's not about to win any "sexiest man alive" awards.

Then again, neither is McCain.

8. Yep, and with the other candidates not protesting at all.

They will be pushing Edwards offstage soon and he'll be sorry he didn't stand up for Dennis's right to be in the debate.

I don't know where the talking heads are going next because they don't seem too crazy about any of the GOP guys but I guess someone will tell them which one to pimp for and they'll do it.

Not having any moral compass and all, I doubt you can find ONE ethical person running the M$M machine.

19. It might just backfire...a lot of voters are PISSED!
Then again, when all you have are corporate candidates, guess who always wins?

This is making me wish for option #3...and they'll have no one to blame but themselves.

21. On the plus side - Hillary and Obama are minorities and Edwards
owes nothing to the corporate paymasters. If we can elect a woman or a black man OR a non-corporate (is there such a thing?) politician, it would be a great step in restoring America's image around the world.

IMO.

24. Yeah, like the poker cameras.
Before the cameras, poker on TV was boring (if you didn't understand poker). After the cameras, the drama is a more obvious (and the audience still can't afford to sit at the table).

27. The US Corp Media is Entertainment.
The campaign must be made entertaining. Media wants a Govt. that is generous to their Monopoly. It doesn't matter if that is a Rethug or Dem Admin.
