4. On c-span it's the House - and I think Wexler is going to argue for impeachment.
No sound coming through, but on the screen it says:

The electronic voting machine is not working: members are recording their presence manually.

14. I need some help in understanding something...
I'm watching the House -- someone from NC stood up to honor a Pastor who died. A guy from Texas (I think) stood up and said the Muslim cab driver father needs to be pursued and prosecuted for murdering his two daughters because he learned they had American boyfriends. Someone from California, a tribute to a Hollywood icon who has passed on....

What is this stuff doing in the U.S. House of Representatives? I don't get it. Thanks.
