Where did you get this and who are the other twelve people?

The one third from the right is Hillary (I think) because the image is blond and wearing a feminine collar, but the others....

ON EDIT: Now that I look even closer, there are a few microscopic points with unreadable names under them.

7. I don' t have a "good" link. . . I can't read it either but my guesses are:

Edwards is 2nd (from left and 2nd largest, judging by his hair). I think Rudy is 3rd (in size)...and Thompson in 4th (?) which doesn't sound right but who? I too think Hillary is 5th (3rd from the right)
