May I suggest ......
that the only way a DECENT man like Mr. Kucinich will get to the White House is if/when 'WE THE PEOPLE' carry him there. Show that we want him there.

1. But I don't want him there...
Unless I had to choose between him and any republican.

2. I suggest you get 50% of concerned people to join you.
There may be those that disagree.

3. I want him there, but come on...
There's a point where it just turns into wishing upon a star.

It's not happening this time. America isn't ready. America isn't even CLOSE to ready. I wish it were as much or more than anybody. But it isn't, and that's reality.

Dennis Kucinich is a brilliant man who should be in the White House. But he isn't going to be. It's better now to put away the fantasies and get behind someone who still has a chance. Why not John Edwards?

4. This country has to be pulled back from the far right
In a few years, hopefully the republican era of "me first" will be gone.
Then and only then, when we care about each other again, would Dennis have a chance at a Presidency.
Unfortunately.

5. Thank you ----- you just helped me prove a point
Anyone who can honestly say (as YOU did), "Dennis Kucinich is a brilliant man who should be in the White House." and then DOESN't vote for/support the man is a total LOSER in my book and a total aberration to the democratic system.

I've erased what I REALLY want to say to you (and others like you) several times.

All I can finally say How the h*ll can you not have the courage of your convictions? (i.e., that Kucinich is a brilliant man who should be in the White House....and then NOT vote/work for that???? )

Did Brittany Spears and Prada and Volvo and Nike tell you how to THINK for G*d's sake?!?!?!?!?!

Popularity is EVERYTHING, no matter how messed up (Brittany Spears, as example) it is? What the fc*k??

6. Um... I think you'd better head for the medicine cabinet.

Hey, I know how it is. I have my "moments" occassionally. So I'm going to pretend you didn't just call me "a total LOSER in my book and a total aberration to the democratic system."

I'm sorry Dennis isn't going to make it. It saddens me, too. I know that's why you're lashing out, and I forgive you.

America isn't ready. It's not meant to be yet. Have patience, even though it hurts.

8. Sorry - I think you've cleaned out the medicine cabinet before me.......
How can one NOT vote for someone that they believe in AND THEN LIVE WITH THAT?

Once you have 'sold out' is when you start needing to take the meds....and that would be peeps like you describe about yourself. "Dennis should be in the White House, but I won't vote for him b/c I don't matter, I don't have a voice, my voice/vote doesn't matter....I'm helpless...MOMMY!"

7. He's too decent. Look what indignities have been put on him
already with the ignoring and marginalizing him as not an important candidate.

10. I un-subscribed from his mailing list today
It's not going to happen, and I am still puzzled by his support for Obama.

But my biggest disillusion is not with Kooch, but with the electorate at large. If DK can't poll double digits, then we are all living in Kansas.

I give up.

11. Which people?
His <1% supporters? Carrying someone is harder than you think. You're gonna need more people.
