I just had the weirdest thought, What if, in 10-15 years, Jon Stewart: New Today Show Co-Host!?!
Tonight on The Daily Show, Jon Stewart interviewed new Today Show host Meredith Vieira and, while watching the replay thought...

...Wouldn't that be weird if, in 10 to 15 years, Jon Stewart became one of the co-hosts of the Today Show???

Hey, he can't keep doing The Daily Show Forever...

Btw, she looks amazing for someone who's 53!

2. The Today Show won't be around in 15 years and
Jon would never do it anyway.

3. IMO, Jon Stewart will do a few movies when he retires from the Daily Show
I don't think he'll have an extremely successful acting career but it'll be something to do before settling down.

4. Maybe he'll pull a Franken
and run for office. (We could only be so lucky.)

I couldn't imagine Jon Stewart on the Daily Show. First of all, Stewart in the morning would just be illogical; his built-in audience of college stoners would never watch. ;-)

But as much as I liked Viera on TDS from what I caught, I can't imagine Stewart doing something like that. He's a comedian at heart. Maybe more 'Half-Baked'-esque movies.

6. I think you're right
Conan O' Brien is taking over for Jay Leno. I think it would make for great TV to have Jon in Letterman's spot!

8. I think both Conan and Stewart work best where they are
Some of Conan's best comedy won't fly at the earlier time slot.

Stewart's best comedy is to political for network Letterman time.

They could pull it off probably better than anyone else, but it will be a shell verison of themselves
