WASHINGTON -(Dow Jones)- U.S. House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer, D-Md., said Tuesday he will block an effort to impeach Vice President Dick Cheney.

However I have this dread that this will bet tabled and in effect killed . At least it's out there now and hopefully it will keep the heat on .

I have come to realize that with few exceptions that the congress and senate live in a bubble and the people don't matter unless it comes to elections , then they scamper out like cock roaches .

Look at all the protests and the emails and phone calls the people have made and still we have gotten nowhere .

This tells me they are not listening to the people at all .

What happened to stem cell research or S-CHIP . Whay happened to ending the Iraq occupation after all the calls and emails and letters .

So Steny is going to block it huh? On what grounds? Impeachment is not on the table? Whoooo boy, and they think people will re elect them after this? They really have no clue what is going on out here so it is perhaps time we MAKE them hear it.
