That a recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize is treated with contempt for winning it...
This should never happen to any recipient of the Nobel. Never.
REGARDLESS they should be treated with respect.
It is truly disgusting behavior from many Republican assholes and I desperately want to see a fierce backlash against it.

back as he was orchestrating the bombing of Cambodia and giving support to Condor, among other crimes.

I thought that Prize lost all luster decades ago. . .

A couple reps from Nansen International Office For Refugees were investigated for being Nazi sympathizers after they won the award in 1938. They were cleared of the charge however. They were accused of devulging information to the German government the locations of wanted refuges who escaped the regime.
