I don't understand the motivation for her appearing at a press conference unless they're thinking that in the minds of law enforcement, she needs to be seen so that the nationwide awareness/search for her will end.

I don't like it, but perhaps that is their reasoning. I'm much more interested in the perp's relationship with the family members and how no one could have not noticed something about her, whether behavior, doing her laundry, etc. :wtf:

45. Before we had our 3rd child, we had gone through a lot of the

preliminaries to become foster parents in this state. I'd take that little girl in a a heartbeat and do everything that I could to try to restore some normalcy and mental health to her! Child psychologists, etc., are expensive, but I'd take her to every appt. and give her lots of hugs in between.

Does anyone know who her parents are? If she had gone missing and it had been reported, I would guess that investigators would be checking some data base to see if the girl on the tape matched a description. Perhaps that's how they figured out who she is?

Could be an uncle or other relative but I learned that Stiles was evidently running his own pool maintenance business a few years ago, so I wonder if he preyed on the children of customers.

Also, a Chester A. Stiles was a respondent in a series of family court cases--both for child custody and domestic violence--between 1998 and 2000.

According to police reports all day today, Madison had not yet been found until this hour.

Those photos were on media sources the past 48 hours. Why did whoever is her guardian not contact police before this evening?

Now there is a report that the guy who supposedly found the tape just flunked his lie detector test, taken in past couple of hours.

When a child that young "disappears" for long enough to have that stuff done to her and videotaped, the family KNOWS that guy, or they would have reported her missing..

They did NOT, so I am betting that the parents are somehow involved..

She was old enough to speak, and he did not kill her, so he must have been known to the family.. If he was a stranger to her, he would have "used her up" and killed her..

This child needs to be removed from that family at least for enough time for her to get some serious therapy and for the police to investigate them completely..

If it was her parents that came forward, i'd be inclined to think they weren't knowingly involved.
