Should Blackwater execs be charged with war crimes?
If firing randomly into a crowd of innocent civilians to break up a fucking traffic jam doesn't constitute a war crime, then I don't know what the hell does. I don't buy the fact that Blackwater operatives don't have to worry about answering to anyone. They are NOT above the law. Is there any bonafide reason why these people can't be tried for war crimes?

1. They ARE above the law
Because BushCo created the law, and BushCo created Blackwater. Who, exactly, will prosecute them? They're answerable to nobody, by design. It was all just part of the plan.

And they're coming to a United States neighborhood near you, soon. Just one of the 10 steps to fascism. Brought to you by BushCo.

6. Of course they are not above the law unless you give them the red carpet to do so
With an attitude of allowing an illegitimate president to preside and ruin everything for everybody then you indeed get what you deserve. Fighting back actually takes EFFORT and sacrifice on our part.

2. But from the beginning Chalabi's Iraqi government gave immunity to mercs
And I believe only the country who had war crimes committed against it can bring up charges.

5. Yes! They should be charged with creating an armed force
that has committed treason by subversively installing itself as the de facto US Armed Forces. They exist as a fascist controlled entity. :dem:

7. And now that the genie of
mercenaries/private armies is out of the bottle in Bush's Amerika, who is going to be brave enough to serve the subpoenas or attempt arresting the Blackwater storm-troopers?
