Ohio at center of 2008 race again?
BY MICHAEL D. CLARK | [email protected]

Two former White House Press Secretaries from America’s last two presidencies say the 2008 presidential election may largely be decided by Ohioans – again.

Dee Dee Myers and Scott McClellan held a press conference Monday at Miami University as part of their speaking tour that also included a joint appearance on campus.

It’s the first time the two top White House press officials have shared a stage, and though they are from different political parties and administrations, they shared common stances on many issues including the continued importance of Ohio voters having a large say in who will next occupy the White House.

“I think Ohio could once again be the center of this presidential race,” said Myers. MORE...

God help us all...

so I would not doubt it. Cleveland suburbs with professionals making six figures. Lots of rich GOPers in Ohio. Not to mention they band together to support the corruption with Diebold included.

2. This time we know their tactics, and the People of Ohio know how corrupt they are!
If you can't win by cheating, and you can't cheat any more, you are done for.

The Rs could save a lot of money by not running a Presidential candidate in 2008

3. Since We Are Unlikely to Get ANY Electoral Votes in the South, Ohio is a MUST-WIN for Us
There just isn't any other place we can pick up enough electoral votes to win the election except Ohio.
