from their platform, in order to avoid future embarrassments and the well-justified charges of hypocrisy that follow every new scandal. I think Republicans will always be bigots, but a little bit sneakier about it than they've been in recent years.
till they have nothing no money on house no health no schools for their children. They will stop voting Republican when they are living on the streets and need our help.
The Repugnicans are doing a pretty good job of distancing themselves from "Tearoom Larry." In fact, they're lining up and taking numbers to be the next one to publicly throw him under the bus. Unfortunately, I think this won't affect the national Repugnican party one bit.
the scary thought that there might be a gay man in the stall next to you will be keeping many a Duer desperately holding it in rather than risk the dreaded foot tap or urinal peek.
but then everything will be okey-dokey...as long as they promise to make abortion illegal, forbid gays to marry, discriminate against any non-white people, and keep the hate-fest going.
As long as they keep saying the anti-gay rhetoric, that's all that matters to homophobes. It's like with abortion - Roe v. Wade is still in effect after 6 years of Republican control of all three branches, but anti-choicers still support them because they say they'll repeal it.
