I just caught Ebert and Roeper and both Roeper and guest critic Michael Phillips gave it a thumbs up.

2. "Select" theaters is right. Try TWO!

According to IMDB, the movie will be shown in just TWO cities in the U.S.: New York and D.C.

No word as to if/when it will see see wider release.

4. I think that is how most documentaries are handled

The filmaker isn't Michael Moore, unfortunately, so they don't get as much publicity.

6. Yea, I was just about to say -

very very select theatres. I'd have to drive from Dallas to Austin to see it, on the 4th or 5th of August I think.

Hopefully it will be out on DVD soon.

It looks like the release will be expanded. It's even coming close to me (Indianapolis) later this summer.
