Here Is The Current Dilemma
In a nutshell:

Republicans: They won't quit breaking the law until someone goes to jail and they have the ability to keep anyone out of jail.

Democrats: We can't even ask the questions to see if they have broken the law.

That's quite a problem. Anyone got a solution?

2. Wish I did...
but here's a good thread, which brings me a little hope for rational people to again govern this country.

4. it is quite the tricky issue, albeit it doesn't have to be...
the thing that makes it difficult is the MSM continually enabling rethug-spewed dialog by "reporting" it as credible information, which is not. As long as this continues, the cognitive dissonance it creates in the collective dialog will be extremely difficult to overcome. There are those of us who've taught ourselves to filter out this cacophony, but "the masses", as it were, aren't generally equipped with the mental acumen. As a result, bogus information continues to work work it's way through the debate, consistently clouding the issues.

The internet is helping clear the air, as it were, but until the MSM levels the field, it's going to be difficult to have a real conversation.

6. No one has the answer, of course
but if everyone who cared contacted their Congressman on weekly basis and were very adament about having a meeting with the Congressman, perhaps we could get somewhere, whether the Congressman was a Democrat or a Republican, it doesn't matter, the participation matters.

8. we pay these clowns good money to take care of the people's business. we shouldn't have to
babysit them. If they can't do the job, we need to put people in there who will, IMO.

7. Why can't the Democrats ask the questions?
The set the agenda in Congress, therefore should be asking the questions and demanding the answers.
When they don't get the answers, they have what they need.

Solution: Get a congress that is willing to ask questions and prosecute crime accordingly.
