CSPAN2 Kennedy just promised a Binding' res on surge
His opening preamble for 'last' debate on minimum wage. Said he would introduce a 'binding' res and call for a vote at earliest oppotunity.

1. I hope he does get a binding
resolution. The the repukes filibuster it. Let the country, who just gave the war a resounding NO, see who is blocking it.

4. Dems have NOT done very well with language.... that's one reason
why we've not done so well with public perception. It's too bad Ted hasn't learned this. Those of us who understand this can "lead the way". Thank you for your consideration of this.
