before I came to this forum and I would have gone back bc I like reading what Raputin has to say. I consider myself lucky that they are so many well informed writers on DU.

And, after 7 years I've learned how to be somewhat discerning.

7. True that. I look forward to the day when others like our good Rasputin come out of the hills

and start posting again. I hope they haven't abandoned DU and are just waiting for the rebellion to dissipate. I miss reading those wise and inspiring old-timers. I see a post now and then, but it usually get ambushed. Rasputin's post drew a sizeable lot of supportive replies and even made it to #3 (so far) on the Greatest Page. That's a big accomplishment these days. I hope it's a sign of normalcy to come.

And to you, Cha, I say thanks. I read all (well most) of your posts and I admire your spunk and fearlessness, but especially your kiss-my-ass attitude. Onward and upward. To the pain. Go girl. Remember the Alamo.
