HE was going to start a full assault on Thomas and his wife's involvement in right wing organizations and financial gain from work Ginny Thomas did for the orgs in fighting our health care law. He wants Thomas to recuse himself from any cases that come before the SC related to the health care law.

I believe he had a press conference planned for last Monday but it turned into the weiner picture circus.
