Sorry but it looks like he's just making it up as he goes along. In his answer to Hannity, he says he doesn't fake it like others do, then says that it turns out the answer he gave was right, even though he admits he didn't really understand it and had to go and do more research. How it that not faking it? Maybe if he said "I'm not faking it, I'm just BS-ing my way through"?
