And, let's hope the rest of us start seeing our common enemy for what they really are, and figure out that we have more in common with each others needs than we do with any divide-and-conquer appeal from the plutocrat class and their minions.

So true. It is a perfect metaphor for the fact that within their sterile echo chambers, everything makes perfect sense and everybody agrees with them. Theory = Fact. Get outside amongst the hoi polloi, it's too gritty for them.

3. Maddow is an Old Skool political analyst. I love her. No, really, I do.

She knows what she's talking about inside and out, up and down.

She could be this generation's Murrow or Cronkite.

She thrills me with her command of EVERYTHING she speaks to.

She is the antidote to the blabbering eye candy everywhere else.

I cannot think of a conservative commentator that even comes close.

7. I wish I shared her enthusiasm

I wish I shared her enthusiam that the Repub's efforts in WI are failing. Are they? I'm seeing MUCH more coverage of Libya on CNN than any of the protests going on around the country, and certainly more than what's going on in Wisconsin. I hope she's right, but the mainstream media and their lack of coverage isn't allowing me to get my hopes up. :-(
