Billo calls for a boycott of Canada(our biggest trading partner) and cites the success of his boycott of France - he then uses the Paris Business Review as a source to point out how France lost billions of dollars due to his boycott.

Reality time - the France-USA trade relations actually increased since that time and the journal he uses as a source never existed.
