1. Bill Moyers should head up a new independent news network and service.

Maybe like take over CNN and put it on the public airwaves, to give all these gifted and determined indie journalists a home and future.

At least until it gets off to a good start. Put up some truthful competition to these increasingly freakish tabloids that are trying to pass as real news.

We are so woefully uninformed in this country about what's really going on, it's frightening. I'm seriously considering changing from cable to the dish so I don't support that rightwing outfit called C-span. It would also be nice to get Laura Flanders Grit TV.
