1. Thank you Lee Fang and Thom Hartmann for providing a forum for Mr. Fang. No, justice is not blind,
never has been. If you have enough money or are in a position of power there is no justice. We need only look at the crimes of the Reagan/Bush, Bush/Quayle, Bush/Cheney administrations to see the false premise, justice is blind. And we shouldn't overlook our jails and prisons filled with racial minorities and compare that to the banksters and "white collar criminals" as though their criminal activity is some how sanitary and harmless.

2. Justice in a plutocracy
The highest judges in the land are available to be influenced by wealth and the attractive things that wealth can buy. When the supreme court opened the floodgates of secret campaign donations, foreign countries, corporations and the ultra wealthy started buying influence with huge, expensive campaign ads. Career politicians are in the business of being re-elected. These donations are the funding for how politicians are elected. Now, the wealthy don't just buy influence with judges but also buy influence with a congress that makes the laws the judges rule upon. America has become a country of the wealthy, by the wealthy and for the wealthy and will remain so until the public becomes educated enough to force representatives to reform elections and campaign funding. We can't buy our country back. We have to VOTE it back.
