1. We absolutely do need to separate corporations from the state.
an amendment separating corporations and state would be a great idea.

An amendment removing corporate personhood would also be a great idea, unless we start giving them the obligations of personhood as well as the benefits. For example, put their corporate charters in "prison" (suspend all operations for the duration of a sentence) if a corporation is found to have broken the law.

3. You cannot own and sell persons...
If the legal fiction of person-hood is going to be applied in every case allowing a corporation the full rights a living breathing human being is entitled to then, it stands to reason (though it may seem absurd) that a corporation should not be bought and sold like chattel. If you believe it is absurd to think that a shareholder is a slave-owner then you must also agree that full rights attributed to a person should not be applied to a corporate entity.

4. Free the corporate personhoods!
Hallelujah!

This genius supreme court may just rule that corporations are equal but separate, and with special powers, if given the opportunity.

The Citizens United ruling is an astonishing jest on human rights that needed correction before congressional elections. But just try passing a constitutional amendment with corporations controlling the MSM messages and narrative: they are allowed to not tell the truth.

Absurdity has become reality when it makes business sense, and damn dollars.
