2. You can tell by their voices that these men are trying to sneak around

and fool people. Listen carefully. Listen several times. That's what liars sound like when they are trying to fool you. The one voice is hesitant and kind of almost apologetic. The other voice is speaking very cautiously, choosing words so as to cover up the truth. Just listen. This is my opinion. You can hear for yourself and decide what you think.

3. all I can say is...

that conference call was enough to make me want to drop Verizon. If we don't send a strong message to them that you cannot go anywhere near changing net neutrality without a storm of punishment, I'm afraid all the other companies will follow suit.

This was a conference call with the media, they even identified the questioner. You're hearing what you want to hear, including that this is some conspiracy between the two.
