1. Thanks-You- This is another reason we need a single payer

health care plan. When costs go up then nurses always get overloaded. Costs are out-of-control now and more people are losing insurance benefits because employers can't afford to provide them and many people can't afford to pay for them on their own. Hospitals are having to cover those who are not insured and so they in turn try and cut their costs and the nurses always are the ones who have to pay. Thanks for showing this.

3. Love it , love it, love it. Glad some professions are organizing and getting what they want!

We need to use them as role models in other professions.
