After 7 years of war on Iraq, hundreds of Minnesotans turned out on March 20, 2010, to march against the costly and unjustified wars and occupations in the Mid-east.

maybe some will realize if we didn't spend 40 cents of every tax dollar going to the Pentagon the US could provide Heath care to all americans.

Just what has the US accomplished? How many widows and orphans has the US policy produced?

The US has spent its treasure on the war and saddled future generations with mountains of debt. Meanwhile, people are losing their jobs and their homes.



It's long past time to stop this madness.

What's next? "Minnesota Nice" isn't working.


Education of the masses about the war and its profiteers helps. Fight imperialism with popular culture, like Avatars. Encourage people to pressure their legislators.

A majority of young people understand.

Tell people to wake up. And vote legislators out of office if they support endless war.

6. 500 people at the rally and march.. and MN's Star Tribune didn't even mention it

and another MN soldier killed in Iraq this week.


Instead Star Tribune carried a long opinion piece with picture on front of the Opinion section that eluded what a wonderful grassroots momentum the Teabagger movement is in MN.
