On "Undercover Boss," a new reality TV show premiering after the Super Bowl, corporate CEOs go "undercover" to get a taste of what working is like for the rest of us.

Big surprise: they can't believe their eyes.

One woman is docked two minutes of pay for every minute she's late clocking in. Another is forced to use a coffee can as a toilet.
