1. These 'cults' are part of a mainstream religion.
Perhaps you've heard of it--it's called "Christianity." Marginalizing them by referring to them as "cults" does nothing but prevent the underlying beliefs from being examined--beliefs that are shared by mainstream Christianity, albeit to a lessened extent.

3. Yes, they are "mainstream."
I take online courses from a local college. In my political science course, I cannot believe the religious rhetoric that passes for political discourse. I have posted links and comments to progressive ideas. 1 student out of the 40 enrolled, has viewed any of those posts. When I comment on the separation of church and state, These kids think I am the Devil.....that is scary. I recently learned through this course, that we do not have any rights to privacy besides what the SCOTUS has "given" us. I was shocked. I suggested a Constitutional Amendment to guarantee privacy rights. These kids totally rejected that idea and said something like, the SCOTUS decisions were sufficient and actually gave us too much privacy! With the Neo-Con SCOTUS majority, get ready to lose your privacy "Rights" that are "settled law." Just like their recent corporate money - election decision....

6. The Family's core principles are heretical. What Abram did was take the

"Divine right of Kings" and transfer it onto CEOs. Now rich people are God's representatives on Earth. I'm reading the book right now and I've never seen such a clear case of heresy in my life.

They never even studied the Bible. Abram would have meetings with captains of industry, bankers etc. And they would exchange messages they got from Jesus saying things like.. "Jesus hates the New Deal" Jesus wants the workers wages lowered" Jesus saz everything they believed about Christianity for the last 2000 years was WRONG" etc...

These kids don't represent their generation. They probably went to heretic cult leadership school.

This is one of the greatest hoaxes ever pulled. No wonder it's secret.

The prosperity doctrine, Biblical capitalism all that came from the Family.

They took Jesus and the New Testament and reversed it's teachings. If that's not heresy I don't know what is.

5. K&R. "The Family" has been quite anti-democratic.
Secret, elitist, and encouraging leaders overseas to maintain more authoritarian governments and discriminate against their citizenry.

They favor and encourage right wing policies here in the USA as well as abroad. Uganda. Somalia. Honduras.

7. They think democracy is a Satanic plot. In fact they think the Bill of Rights
is a Satanic plot. They're heretics AND traitors.
