1. Lou Engle pissed me off so bad one day I wrote this......

The Heretic Show

This rant is dedicated to Lou Engle. Founder of The Call.
http://www.thecall.com/Groups/1000029167/TheCall/About/...

After watching the emotionally charged spectacle of The Call on C-Span this morning, I have a few things to say about the so called pro-life movement.

A brief history..

As everybody knows, the religious right pro-life movement got going in 1973. Why? According to them, because of Roe vs Wade and "activist" judges ruling from the bench. But the truth is that a small of group of "free market" capitalists decided to take the Roe decision and exploit it for their own purposes.

http://harpers.org/archive/2003/03/0079525

In 1973 this secret underground heretical cult, called "free market capitalism" grabbed Roe and created the monster we have today. The "pro-life" movement. This is just a ploy! Of course! There's nothing pro-life about them. The idea is to use Christianity to promote fascism. It was a seed left over from the heretic Abraham Vereide, who started the National Prayer Breakfast.
http://www.nationmaster.com/encyclopedia/National-Praye...

Abraham Vereide was on a mission but it wasn't about God and it wasn't about abortion. It was about one thing. Destroy the unions.Destroy socialism before it got started in America.

But it was hard to promote "free market" poverty in a country that
passed the New Deal. Even harder after WW2, when the heretic's favorite people, Hitler and Mussolini got caught putting people in ovens. So they stayed, like a virus in the bloodstream, waiting for a chance to come to LIFE. Then came Roe! "It's not a Supreme Court decision. It's an opportunity." The modern pro-life movement was born!

Now, let's talk about abortion.

THERE HAS ALWAYS BEEN ABORTIONS!

Since the beginning of civilization! Everywhere! Even in America!
Abortions done mostly by mid-wives with herbs, or by "doctors" with coat hangers in alleys. Or the do it yourself, jump off roof types. But it wasn't until they became legal they we had a problem. Nobody cared before, least of all the Christians. My grandmother was a Christian and she used to give them herself. They became legal because women were having them anyway. And that would be the end of the story except for the fascists and their "growth" agenda.

"Growth" is the link between the pro-life movement and free market capitalism. Economic growth, population growth, economic growth,
population growth. Like soup and sandwich, you can't have one without the other. There's a direct connection between the emotional hysterics of the religious right and the Milton Friedman form of 'freemarket" capitalism. What else happened 1973? That was the year Santiago Chile got turned into a "model' experiment of Milton Friedman economic shock treatments. And economic experiment with mass murder, torture, rape and yes, even baby-killing.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9MTDbclDiKg

What I'm proposing is the trail of blood and horror described in The Shock Doctrine, goes from the University of Chicago straight into churches. The churches, that the high priests of capitalism have turned into blood soaked vessels. The holy alters of the heretics. The Christian conservative pro-life movement and the Milton Friedman free-market capitalism are two sides
of the same coin.

They travel together in this world spreading DEATH!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kieyjfZDUIc

As I was watching the heretic, Lou Engle, this morning on c-span, with his quavering voice and his pleading eyes I thought, bravo Mr Engle. Go to Hollywood and pick up your academy award. What a performance. An actor of the highest quality, ready to messmerize at the drop of a hat. The show must go on....

THE HERETIC SHOW! A new and improved version of the passion play. Spell bound hypnotics cry... life life life...the babies..
.Very touching. But the truth is... That Mr Engle and his ilk have cause more abortions to happen than anybody ON EARTH!

It is a fact that poverty causes abortions. It is a fact that when people can't AFFORD to have children they don't. It's a fact that everytime we get a Republican president, we get POORER and have MORE abortions.
And not only do we have more abortions, we have more divorces too. Not only is Mr Engle and his ilk causing abortions, but they're also destroying the family.

When you vote Republican you get abortions, divorce and did I mention crime? Police state USA another thing Mr Engle and his gang of heretics has given us. Did you noticed the black heretic this morning? "1200 black babies are aborted a day" "There's holocaust on black people". You know what a holocaust on black people is? PUTTING ALL THE MEN IN PRISON! Now that's a holocaust.

It's a fact that poverty is devastating and causes a whole host of social ills. And it's a fact that Republican economic polices cause poverty. And it's a fact that if Christians would just stop voting for Republicans, we would have less poverty.
And then we would have LESS ABORTIONS!

Mr Engle is a baby killer. But he knows that in his black goo filled heart. He knows what he worships. He worships money. He worships the market. He worships Mammon. The model of "free market' capitalism is his God. His only God. He's a HERETIC.

You know, back in the ole days, when Christians were REAL, there was none of this garbage going on. Jesus, the feed the poor/heal the sick/clothe the naked/Prince of Peace.. Give me shelter.. share something you greedy ass pig.. JC, reigned supreme. Christians, voted for the New Deal, helped create the unions, they even supported Johnson's war on poverty. Real Christians understood the relationship between the health of the flock, food on the table, a roof over your head and a JOB you could support your family with. It all made sense back then.

Before the heretics came..... It's all about life...yeah..it's all about the family.. right.. it's all about the babies...

Answer me one question heretics. Since it's for all practical purposes illegal to be homeless in this country, how are parents suppose to put their children to bed at night? Will God raise them up into the Heavens to sleep in the clouds? Will they eat manna for breakfast? If they just listen to you....God will provide. Miracles are real. There is an image of Jesus on my toast. Put it on E-Bay. Problem solved!

It's all about the money for you.. Mammon worshiping liars!

Take The Shock Doctrine's timeline and put it over the Christian right's timeline and you have the same book.

This isn't a pro-life movement, it's a pro-death movement. It's a pro-greed movement. It's a pro-abortion movement. It's a pro- HELL movement. Supply-side Jesus with money in one hand and a bomb in the other. Heretic Jesus!

Did I mention that it's also a pro-war movement too? Take the two-sided coin and turn it into a three-legged stool. "Freemarket
capitalism" "heresy' and "WAR"...NATCH!

Just like the capitalists need population growth for the purpose of exploitation, The Pentagon needs population growth to supply the ranks with young bodies for war. We used to call this cannon fodder. Now it's called 'life". Just like the capitalists, who hired the heretics, to put on their passion plays and scream LIFE! It's all the same. The laws of supply and demand. We're not producing enough babies to supply demand. Look at these BDP numbers. We have gone into GASP negative territory.

The Pentagon... I didn't even know that they spent so much time looking at birth-rates until I watched Thomas Barnett's power-point presentation... The Pentagon's New Map. I'm still having nightmares. Thanks C-Span. "The gap is having more babies than the core. If the core doesn't start producing 3 to 4 children per woman every 25 years it will be the END of Western
Civilization! Demographics! THE BIG ONE!" I imagine the high priests of war are sitting around wringing there hands, looking at huge pictures of ovaries plasted on their office walls. "If we don't have more babies we won't make our replacement rate quotas.

If we don't make our replacement rate quotas, we won't have enough fodder for our cannons. And if we don't have enough fodder for our cannons, we won't be able to spread Milton Friedman "free market" capitalism around the world at the point of a gun. If we don't have "free market" capitalism..well.. we would have MORE BABIES!

It's a vicious circle. What to do. CALL THE HERETICS!

Mr Lou Engle, I've got news for you. Your long performance is coming to an end. It's just a matter of time before those young evangelicals, you worry about so much, find out the truth about you.

You belong to Mammon.

Mammon=BABY KILLING!

Give the rich another tax cut!

Tonight Obama is going to try to appeal to young evangelicals. He going to try because he has to. Their parents have been doing more than trying to save innocent life for the last thirty years. They have been BREEDING too! Making
young warriors for God! Millions of them. Not reaching out to them is political suicide. Not to mention really stupid. Anyway, It's not the young
ones fault. It's not even their parents fault. It's the heretics fault. THE HERETIC SHOW has been running 24/7 everyday for thirty years now. A brain washing machine that has produced millions for God's army. .

The young evangelicals have grown up in a cult. Bummer. All cults are a bummer. Who knows what they've been put through. Hysterical parents, dragging them to the church so academy award winning preachers can put them through exorcisms. Scenes from the movie Carrie come to mind. We all felt sorry for Carrie. Mother.. Pulling her hair, "they will see your dirty pillows".

Except in this Carrie movie, it's not just one Carrie it's millions. And it's not dirty pillows, it's save the babies...Let's hope they don't blow up the world.

Good luck to Obama in his attempt to reach out. I hope it works. But after watching 'The Call' drama this morning I'd say that the heretics
are going all out to sabotage. One of them said, "The young evangelicals are more pro-life than their parents". I have no doubt that's true. But there lies the good news.

All the young evangelicals have to do to stop abortion is to make sure..

PEOPLE CAN AFFORD TO HAVE CHILDREN! And the way to do that is..

GET RID OF THE FREE MARKET DEATH MACHINE!

It's pretty simple. And they're going to figure it our sooner or later. For practical reasons if nothing else. As they go out into the world, they will find out that some problems are too big. You need help. As in government help. As in BIG government help. In fact they've all ready found this out in New Orleans. Some of them are still down there trying to rebuild the ninth ward. And no, charity isn't enough. They already get that. Their hearts are
in the right place. There's hope for them, as long as you can get them away from the heretics and their DRAMA QUEEN parents.

There's no hope for the parents. Sitting around for decades, watching the King of Heretics, the actor Pat Robertson. Squinty eyes,
healing the sick through the tee vee.

Their brains are fried. Forget them. Reach out to the young.

So anyway. Good luck to Obama tonight.

He's gotten THE CALL!

Punish the heretics, ignore the parents, forgive the children.

Let's hope it works.

29. Watching that Engle creep "pray" gave me the willies.
What a disturbing (and disturbed) man he is. It's like a watching a hidden-camera view inside an insane asylum.

BTW, as earnest as this absurd "prayer" was, I notice that the health care bill is in fact going to pass. How will Holy Lou handle this? He explicitly prayed to his "God" for a specific outcome and it didn't happen. Apparently his all-powerful "God" let him down. Will he now renounce this God and stop praying for stupid things?

They don't know what they are praying for. They are mainly praying the black man in the White House won't succeed in anything. They 1st and foremost want YOU to SEE them PRAYING. It's very heartfelt theatre. The object is to show how holy and tight one is with god. Notice all that humbling humility.... they want nothing for themselves. They just want to DO something to make the world better. So they get together and put on a "who's the most righteous" act.

Aaaaaaaand....cut!

Back to their pompous lifestyle.

As if praying is actually doing something.... :eyes:

I could not watch the whole thing.

The man leading the "prayer" is actually insane. He is practically convulsing as he babbles.

This kind of stuff gives me the creeps.

I don't understand prayer. Well, of course I understand it - it gives people with an agenda a way to literally voice it in front of others as if they were speaking to god. But what I don't understand is that if everything happens according to god's plan, isn't prayer asking him to do thus-and-such a waste of time, or even blasphemous?

26. Brownback (r-The Family & Opus Dei) would rather people die of aids than use condoms
Elite Fundamentism - The Fellowship's gospel of Capitalist Power

he Family (or the Fellowship as it is also known), is a shadowy organisation founded in the United States in the 1930s to promote a gospel of theocratic capitalist power and American empire. Like a Protestant version of Opus Dei, the Family is best known for founding the National Prayer Breakfast in Washington DC in the 1950s, and its invisible network has not only penetrated the highest levels of political power in the United States but wherever in the world America has political or economic interests.
http://www.abc.net.au/rn/religionreport/stories/2008/2353921.htm#transcr

Stephen Crittenden: Now this is interesting. You mention a number of dictators stretching back over the past 50 years, Papa Doc Duvalier, General Park of Korea, a number of Brazilian dictators, The Family latches on to these characters and signs them up for Bible Study groups. One of the most recent is President Museveni of Uganda, who's their man in Africa.

Jeff Sharlet: Yes, exactly, and in fact they latched on to Museveni after Siad Barre the former dictator of Somalia died, and that was a relationship they'd forged through Senator Chuck Grassley, the conservative Republican from Iowa and still in office in the United States, and he went to see Siad Barre who was Muslim, and he said, 'Look, I want to talk to you', Barre had been a Soviet client and now he was looking to switch sides. He said, 'I want to talk to you, I can arrange meetings for you with the Pentagon, but first we need to talk about Jesus, we need to pray.' And these dictators were no dummies, they understood that the price was being exacted, which was an ideological one, a theological one, and guys like Soeharto, of course Muslim as well, were more than happy to pray to Jesus in exchange for this massive military aid. Museveni is really only the latest of these characters, who, it's pretty transparent the relationship. I write in the book about Museveni makes friends with a major family businessman, a guy named Dennis Bakke, who was at the time the CEO of AES, one of the largest energy corporations in the world, at a mid-'90s National Prayer Breakfast, and then gives Bakke a new big contract for a $500-million hydroelectric dam, which Uganda doesn't need. Well everybody's making money, they all think they're doing God's work, and they're being supported effectively by the American government, which is sort of subsidizing this kind of thing.

Stephen Crittenden: Just going back to Uganda, one public policy outcome of this connection with President Museveni is that through him, they were able to export a Christian fundamentalist abstinence program into Uganda's policy about how to deal with AIDS. In the 1990s Uganda was being held up for its ABC policy, Abstinence, Be faithful, use a Condom. Ten years later, the results are very poor.

Jeff Sharlet: It's one of the most dismaying tragedies in the fight against AIDS. Uganda was a country that had really turned around. It had a high AIDS rate, and through using this program had turned it around, had actually successfully rolled back the AIDS rate. But because it became so enmeshed with the American Christian Right, and the American Christian Right is part of President Bush's AIDS program, was able to put pressure on these countries to drop the 'C' from the ABC. So they still want Abstinence, they believe in abstinence, but they don't want Condoms. And indeed Uganda backed very sharply away from condoms, and as predictably as any scientist could have told you, the AIDS rate skyrocketed, and people are dying again. And the most horrifying part about that, for some of these people, that's not a problem. I spoke to Senator Sam Brownback about this, who has worked actually with Senator Clinton to change the laws governing US foreign aid to make it so that we can't give money to any organisation that works with prostitutes. The example Brownback's Chief Legislative Director gave me, he said he would rather a Thai prostitute die of AIDS than have her soul imperilled by using a condom. And it's just an absolutely horrifying vision of what the Gospel says.

They have been hiding behind religion to do all of the corrupt things that they do I know i went there earlier but this is ridiculous when you have people who can't see this bullshit a mile away. They tell you everyday with their pre suggestive techniques about what you think, feel, and want. Look at this health care issue. When you here one of those trolls come on television the first thing they say is Americans like their health care and they don't want the Government telling them what to do. But the truth is that no one really likes their health care the ones that have it are glad they do. Every person who has health care has been denied some type of treatment ir some medication that was not covered. Its not their health care ,its the comfort they feel with their doctor.if you or someone in your family gets an illness that jumps out of their cost analysis your coverage will suddenly get terminated in the next enrollment period or flat out stating some bullshit reason.they will even go as far to cancel a group of people just to knock out one expensive patient.a lot of people have no clue as to the depth of betrayal that has been perpetrated against The American people.

39. Engle & Brownback were roommates for 7 months - link
http://www.rightwingwatch.org/content/lou-engle-and-sam-brownback-roommates

As I was mobilizing for Boston I said to kids in California ‘we need to dig the dwells of revival in Harvard and close the door of false ideologies that have come through Boston’. Amazingly a week later, I received a phone call from the US Senator from Kansas, Senator Sam Brownback, he’s a godly man. He calls me up, he says ‘Lou, I’m in England, you need to dig the dwells of revival in Harvard and close the door of false ideologies that have come through Boston’. Almost word for word. A Senator was prophesizing me, glory to God.

In fact, it was prophesized to me that I would be connected with a man named Senator Sam Brownback from Kansas. But I forgot about the prophecy, so when I rented a condo in DC to mobilize for The Call, a week later I received a phone call from the owner of the condo and he said ‘there’s a man named Senator Sam Brownbag. His condo just burnt down, he wants to know if he could stay in your condo’. I became the room mate of Senator Brownbag for 7 months. We began to get dreams that he would be the president of the United States and right now, who knows? We are praying.

28. Clearly, these people are not Christians.
Edited on Mon Dec-21-09 08:00 AM by mwb970
We've seen the quote (Matthew 6:5 I believe) in which Jesus tells his followers not to pray in public as that would be hypocritical. Today's "Christians" have no trouble at all directly disobeying what their supposed Savior tells them to do, in this and many other ways. They're not true Christians.

It's hard to think of these people as truly American, either. What kind of Americans would hate the president so much that they want everything he does to fail, taking the country down with them? Isn't than pretty much exactly what al Qaeda wants? And aren't they our mortal enemy? republicans who echo bin Laden's wishes for our nation simply cannot be considered as true Americans.

Well shucks, at least they are human, right? Not so fast, Abernathy. To my eyes, today's conservatives are missing big parts of what it means to be human, specifically empathy and compassion for others and the willingness to use their (God-given?) brains for thinking instead of just emotion (mostly hate and fear). They shun facts, reality, logic, experience, science, expertise of all kinds, and of course wisdom. But these are the hallmarks of humanity! These are the very characteristics that set us apart from the rest of the animal kingdom.

Most of us, anyway.

36. These fucking lunatics are out of control.
They are dangerous, and should be removed from leadership positions in our government. Maybe they can all "get right with the Lord" and resign. Just think what great martyrs they would look like.

The lunatics are running the asylum boys and girls. Maybe not running it quite yet, but more are escaping from their padded cells a little by little more each day.

If there is a hell, those repuke politicians are more than halfway there already -- exploiting the religious faith of gullible people in order to push a political agenda that comforts the rich while denying those in need -- DURING THE CHRISTMAS SEASON, NO LESS

42. So what happens if HCR passes? Will they blame God?
Would that mean that there is no God to which they pray? Or if there is a God is he on our side? Amazing that religious people are not tolerant of others and are not for helping the masses instead of the rich, or loving all no matter their belief or lifestyle. You know all that stuff that dude they worship said. What would Jesus do? My guess tea bag them then spark up a fatty.
