3. "We can come back in three or four years..." Joe, you can GO HOME in three or four years.
... because that's when your term as Senator ends and your hypocrisy will put an end to your political career.

4. Elections
sure do have consequences. Imagine....sigh....Ned Lamont. Lieberman needs a good public flogging.

5. Good clip, but not quite what it seems
To be fair to Lieberman -- which I hate to do because of how much I dislike him, but I feel I need to try to be fair to everyone -- the two positions are not as at odds as they seem.

What he says he wanted years ago was equivalent to what our representatives in Washington have... the ability to choose from a variety of plans... but those plans are (as far as I know) all private plans. There is no non-profit, public plan for them to choose, at least in anything I've read about it. Nothing he said in the old clip said he was for a government-run non-profit option. So the fact that he is against such a thing now is not necessarily a contradiction.

Maybe there are some contradictions between his old and new positions... but if there are, I can't really discern them from this supposedly "gotcha" clip.

I still am enjoying that he's getting beat up over it, though. ;-)

6. Actually he has reversed his position. He ran on affordable healthcare for all.

And vowed to caucus with the Dems. ..

There have been several DU posts and other articles about this. This is all I could find on a quick search ..but you can trust me. :)
