Are you serious? Saved him? From what, success? Are we talking about the same congress that began impeachment proceedings practically the very moment the Republicans took control? That congress? I can only wonder how much more Clinton might have accomplished without the "blessing" of a highly partisan, stop-the-Democrats-at-any-cost-to-the-country congress.
