1. Clearly, lack of professional skill armed with

a taser, in their minds, justifies the use of shock and brutality, and requires at least 4 big men to bring down one suspect. Pathetic! I could do better just with some well-chosen words. I hope the Brits have stopped bragging about their language mastery by now.

right. because "language mastery" always works with resistant subjects.

it sometimes works, sometimes doesn't.

i've carried a taser for years. never fired it. i have pretty good language skills, but frankly, i've also been lucky.

and on several occasions when i challenged somebody to comply or they would be tased... they complied.

their lucky day.

regardless, all he had to do was put his arms out to the side. we have no idea what preceded the arrest portion of the incident, but under most use of force guidelines these cops actions were fine.

it doesn't look pretty, but force rarely does.
