Reasonable and a good sign that they are looking it over seriously.

3. I used to live in Cali

and she seemed to be a disappointment to me then, too. California could do a lot better.

Nonetheless, it is correct for her to withhold her opinion of the memos at this time, because she wouldn't want to prejudice the process.

I don't trust her either, but this may be a good sign.

I don't think it is unreasonable however for people to want to gather their thoughts for a precise statement on a sensitive subject.
