And the punishment for being an honest hard working resident of juarez is drug violence (over 2200 killinggs in juarez since the start of 2008), being extorted and robbed by the military and the federal police, and living under a military dictatorship who's only purpose is to support one ruling drug cartel for control of the city. So yeah, Hell is the only word that can describe the city
