I :loveya: Joe Biden. This was real and heart felt. Admirable empathy for others. His experience has brought out his compassionate nature where for SOME people their experiences bring out the total opposite - the "no one ever helped me so why should I help them?" attitude. The later is an example of a stunted psyche. Joe's got his spirit in the right place.

only when he chokes up does it fall. at first i thought it meant they thought Joe was faking it- but afterward saw it as they were as caught off guard as I was, and as Joe was, but he buckled down and completed the answer and the line shot up again.

Joe was/is the real deal.
