8. Good news, bad news

Good news: McCain is trying to run away from his past and hang his (McCain's) stupid decisions on Obama because McCain knows he doesn't have anything real to run on.

Bad news: This often works.

It's an awful lot like the news shows reporting on puke scandals while showing a (D) next to the offender's name. But in those cases it's a little easier to set the record straight.

Since Americans haven't paid any attention to the way the economy works, they really don't know who to believe now.

Best thing would be another Daily Show video side-by-side of McCain contradicting himself. At least then people could see he was lying even if they can't figure out what the truth really is.
