Third nomination to NLRB

President Obama has announced his intent to nominate Republican Brian Hayes as a Member of the National Labor Relations Board. (http://www.whitehouse.gov/the_press_office/President-Obama-Announces-Intent-to-Nominate-Brian-Hayes-as-NLRB-Member/">White House press release)

The NLRB now has two Members. The President has nominated three additional Members to bring the Board up to its statutory level of five Members.
