8. Cool Blue with white racing stripes.
It belongs to my partner. I wasn't too crazy about it when he bought it because I didn't think it was very practical...... Now it's nice out again and, suddenly, it's practical. Funny how that works. :)

6. Not what the car sticker said it would get, not even close.
We're supposed to get 19-26mpg, we get 15 at best. I'm so angry, I could spit nails. It has a reader on it so we always know. We do very little, "in city" driving - so we should be getting closer to the 26, yet we have never even hit 19, in over 2 years.

14. 51 mpg on the last tank
I like my hybrid ;)

Random info: for those of you considering a hybrid, you have to change your driving style if you want to maximize the mpg. If you don't you will probably get something like 35-40mpg

19. Will I drive a Pontiac Vibe/Toyota Metrix.
Since I do both highway and city driving the mpg I get is about 28, but if I just do highway driving I get about 35. I also don't let the tank get below half.

20. 42 most of the time.
Varies a little, depending on conditions and activities (things like hauling concrete, manure and topsoil tend to lower the mileage).

2001 Hyundai Accent 5 speed manual, no AC, no bells and whistles, no CD player. Has a Tardis box in the back seat. Can carry 2 adults and any one of the following:
- 2 children in car seats
- 1 child in a car seat and 3 suitcases and 2 cased laptops,
- 10 cubic feet of bagged soil or manure
- 120 pounds of dry, bagged concrete
- 6 suitcases or 4 suitcases, 4 laptops in cases, and 2 cats in carry boxes, or
- an apple tree, two lilac bushes, four rose bushes and two berry bushes,
- a lawn mower and a weed eater
- a bicycle
- a full sized treadmill
- a small, rattan sofa
- four dining chairs
- a wing chair.

But not all at once.
